Mrs. Lou A. Pael

Mrs. Lou A. Pael, a dedicated mother of three from Barangay Bintahon, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur, experienced a remarkable transformation in her home after taking out a loan through SEDMFI's WASH Loan program in January 2023.

With the loan, she was able to construct a proper septic tank, install a reliable water system, and upgrade their comfort room (CR) with tiled flooring. Since making these improvements, Mrs. Lou has noticed a significant change in their daily lives—their home is now cleaner, more comfortable, and well-organized, especially when welcoming guests.

Grateful for the support of SEDMFI, she appreciates how the program has enhanced not only their living conditions but also their overall well-being. What was once a simple household has now become a healthier and more dignified space for her family.
